Jordan and Andy’s wedding day was covered in sunshine which is what every Lake Chelan wedding dreams of. Nestled in the charming town of Manson, Harmony Meadows is a hidden gem, known for its pristine grounds and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The venue’s bright white barn, lush gardens, and perfectly manicured tennis courts provided a stunning backdrop for every moment of their day.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this wedding was special. The couple’s attention to detail was impeccable, and the entire day reflected their personalities and love story. The ceremony took place outdoors on the sprawling lawn, with the mountains creating a picturesque backdrop. Guests were seated on white chairs adorned with simple greenery, letting the natural beauty of Harmony Meadows shine through.

They invite two friends to pass out drinks instead of a traditional ring bearer, which really set the tone for the day as being fun. They had a sweet and short ceremony and ended it together by taking a “shot-ski” that was custom designed for them for this moment. Again, setting the tone of absolute fun and good vibes for their day. Guests went right into lawn games, appetizers and drinks following the ceremony and kicked the celebration off right! The reception was absolute inspiration goals for future couples planning a wedding- the details were beautiful.

As a wedding photographer, capturing the unique charm of Lake Chelan weddings is always a privilege, and Jordan and Andy’s day was no exception. The vibrant blue skies, lush greenery, and elegant details at Harmony Meadows provided endless opportunities for stunning photos.

We took full advantage of the venue’s versatility for their portraits. The white barn was a perfect setting for capturing timeless and romantic images, while the surrounding orchards added a touch of whimsy to their photos. During golden hour, we ventured into a nearby vineyard to take advantage of the warm, glowing light that I can never pass up. The way the sun sets behind the mountains here gives us a pretty small window for these photos, and we were all so excited to have made it out in time to get those last golden photos for them before they headed into their reception to celebrate.

Reception details that were awesome

Jordan and Andy’s reception was held in Harmony Meadows’ open-air pavilion, where guests enjoyed an evening of laughter, delicious food, and dancing. Their tables were elevated in design but also welcoming and fun with pops of color and stationary that was fun and bold.

The couple’s vision for their wedding was brought to life with elegant decor featuring neutral tones and pops of greenery, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of the venue. Juliet and Lou were the planning visionary and florists behind this gorgeous day! Some of the reception details that stood out to me were the pops of color and bold fonts in the details. I also absolutely LOVED their dessert table- they brought in DQ blizzards, the couple’s favorite. And had “First Date” Cookies custom made that highlighted key elements from their first day (so cute!) What a great idea for couples planning a wedding!
