Seth + Megan | Portlandia Engagement

Portlandia, I love you. You're quirky, you're fun, and you have some rad beautiful humans. I recently posted the first part of these two's engagement session, and I'm headed down to Portland this afternoon and figured this was a great time to share a Portland engagement session on the blog! There are certain things that are very Portland: food carts, gluten-free menus, craft beers, live music, and BEARDS. So when Seth decided to shave his beard two weeks before this engagement session it is completely understandable that Megan was upset. Seth tells the story best, but his impression involves a very dramatic high-pitched exclamation from Megan, with fists clenched and arms in the air, and just complete and utter heartbreak. Totally understandable, Megs! ;) Luckily, we can all laugh about this now because Seth's beard grew back and looks pretty awesome. Am I right?! (disclaimer! I almost didn't include this little story but after getting the okay from Megan to post it, I found it too funny not to share) Megan had mentioned this black wall to me and I absolutely love how we were able to take something so plain and simple and create such beautiful images with it. We spent the afternoon in Silver Falls Park and right as the sun went down we were able to sneak a few photos in this parking lot. I don't know what's cuter: Megan's tulle skirt or Seth's print button up shirt? Together, they're perfect. Couldn't be happier for these two!
