Beautiful Outdoor Rainy PNW Wedding

Sean and Kelle got married at Trinity Tree Farm in June. After postponing this celebration a year, we really thought the universe would have handed them a sunny day for their patience. But instead, it handed them a beautifully overcast day with rain showers at the exact time of their ceremony. Thank you, universe. What’s amazing about these two though is they didn’t even sweat it- with one hour until the ceremony and giant smiles on their faces they told the venue they wanted to move forward with their outdoor wedding plan. Their guests rallied and grabbed umbrellas, wiping down chairs and huddling under cover. Trinity Tree Farm also set up chairs under cover by their outdoor fire pit for any guests who would prefer to stay completely dry, from a distance they could still see the ceremony. The ceremony was so sweet, their vows were amazing and you could just feel how long they had waited for this moment. The rain let up during cocktail hour. Kelle is a HUGE fan of games, so she was so stoked to get to actually play some of the lawn games they had put out for guests. She had ice cream in one hand and a cornhole bag in the other, she was absolutely living her best life. The couple shared a first dance, enjoyed some wood fired pizza, and spent the evening catching up and dancing with their friends and family. You should almost always end your night cuddled up around a fire with smores, which is where these two were when I left. I couldn’t be happier for them- they are genuine, and kind, and caring and the kind of people you just want the best for! Congrats S + K!
