Bailey + Nate | Bride + Groom Session

“He grabbed her in his arms and that’s all she ever needed.”

I got a phone call a few weeks before these two got married. It was this gorgeous girl, and she said she had a weird question for me. I remember I was just getting onto a train when I listened to her voicemail and I was super nervous to call her back- what kind of question did she have with the wedding just a few weeks out? Like one million things came to my mind as I called her back. 

She was wondering if it would be possible to do a bride and groom session ahead of time. Just her and him (and me, of course) a couple of weeks before the wedding in their wedding attire. The idea behind it would be to have more time to spend with friends and family the day of. BRILLIANT. It also allowed us to take photos away from their venue without having to rush to and from, it gave Bailey a chance to try out her hair and make up, and took some pressure off of the day for all of us. You don't have to ask me twice to take a good looking bride and groom into the mountains and shoot away without any time constraints other than sunset. It was a great day.

I wanted to share a little from this session with you guys because it was so much fun and I seriously am so happy we had the opportunity to adventure off like that!
