Jaki + Trevor Engagement | Pt. 1
“Actually the best give you could have given her was a lifetime of adventure.”
Jaki and Trevor's engagement photos were taken near Mt. Rainier, not far from where we all grew up. I met Jaki in high school and one of the best things about this job and is getting to stay in touch with long time friends like this. She hasn't changed a bit; still big hearted, gorgeous, and always laughing. Seeing her with Trevor, it all made sense. He's genuine, and adventurous, and makes Jaki laugh. It's perfect. We decided to head out to a local hiking trail and check it out. We actually saw a BEAR in the middle of the road on our way up, after that it was mostly just rabbits. The views here were unreal, and because of that we had a lot of time to kill before the sun got low enough to really get the best photos of that spot. So we spent a lot of time walking around, talking, exploring, and they even brought a small picnic backpack with champagne to celebrate. We shot until 9pm or so and it was seriously an awesome way to end a Sunday! More of this session to come!
