Rock Creek Garden Summer Wedding
Rock Creek Garden in Puyallup, Washington is the perfect setting for a summer wedding. It offers plenty of space for golden rays to set but also plenty of shaded cool spots to catch a break from the sun. Ashley and her girls got ready in the bridal suite and then she had her first look with Vince. We did all of their wedding party photos and family photos prior to the ceremony so they could fully enjoy cocktail hour with their friends and family. Surrounded by trees, their ceremony took place on the lower patio. The groom actually faced away from the bride until she made her entrance, and once she was in place the officiant let him know he could turn around and take in his bride coming towards him. It was such a fun moment and another way to rebuild that excitement after doing a first look. The intimate ceremony takes place under a graceful pergola adorned with delicate flowers, offering a picturesque sanctuary for the couple to exchange their vows. Iām an advocate for a later ceremony at this venue to give as much shade and even light as possible to the couple and your guests. Following the ceremony, the couple signed their marriage certificate then headed to enjoy the afternoon with their people. The guests, basking in the idyllic surroundings were ready to celebrate the couple in the beautiful atmosphere of Rock Creek Garden.
