Engagement sessions are truly the best way to celebrate this chapter of life before your wedding. I had the absolute joy of photographing a dreamy engagement session near Mt. Rainier with this couple just as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the couple and their furry companions.

The majestic Mt. Rainier served as a breathtaking backdrop, enhancing the romantic atmosphere of the session. The warm hues of the setting sun added a magical touch to the photos, creating a serene and intimate ambiance.

What made this session even more special was the presence of the couple's dogs. They were such good pups and their joy and excitement were palpable, infusing the photos with an extra dose of happiness and love. Note: dogs are not allowed in a lot of areas within MRNP so make sure if you are planning to bring your pups to Mt. Rainier National Park, to check rules on this ahead of time and making sure you are following the trail guidelines.

We were just getting ready to end our session and were actually headed down the mountain when the sun dipped below some clouds and casted a really beautiful pink light out towards us. We literally had to pull over and jump out of the car- it was breathtaking! Cars drove by us and gave the couple and applause and cheer which was all the good energy we needed! This golden sunset and their happy energy made for a truly unforgettable engagement session.
